The products and services described in this website are only available for delivery using our fleet to the Melbourne Metropolitan area. We reserve the right to allocate your order to either our own delivery fleet or our refrigerted courier service. We also reserve the right not to provide goods or services, change content or cancel orders at any time.
Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is at our sole discretion after taking into account the circumstances and reasons for cancellation. From time to time our suppliers change or modify the decoration of their products. The pictured item can therefore be different to the one delivered. We accept no liability for manufacturers variations.
Prices of goods and delivery displayed on the Alpen Delicious website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.
GST (Goods & Services Tax) All prices advertised are inclusive of all taxes applicable to the product.
Our goods are delivered to the CBD of Melbourne and 20-kilometre radius. We will deliver the goods to you at the delivery address and will make every effort to deliver at the time requested by you. However, while we make every effort to deliver at this time, all times specified are estimates only.
Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be taken to have been authorised to receive the goods by you.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. You will incur a redelivery fee of $20.00.
Online orders placed on Saturday and Sunday
ALL orders placed after 2:00pm Friday and at any time of day on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday morning.
Alpen Delicious only supplies exceptional products. Because food items are perishable, they must be kept at the correct temperature to maximise the life of the product. We deliver Alpen Delicious products at the optimum temperature. Once delivery has occurred, the maintenance of the product(s) is your responsibility. We cannot accept responsibility if food is stored in conditions that are not appropriate.
